Install the app

Pick your device. Your device is highlighted for you.

Android phone or tablet

Samsung, Oppo, Pixel, Motorola and others

  1. Open this page in Chrome.
  2. Tap the three dots ⋮ at the top right of the screen.
  3. Tap Add to Home screen. On some phones it says Install app.
  4. Tap Install.
Using Samsung Internet?
  1. Tap the three lines ☰ at the bottom right.
  2. Tap Add page to.
  3. Tap Home screen, then Add.

iPhone or iPad

iOS and iPadOS

  1. Open this page in Safari (the blue compass).
  2. Tap the Share button at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen.
  4. Tap Add at the top right.

Windows laptop or computer

Chrome or Edge

  1. Open this page in Chrome or Edge.
  2. Look at the right end of the address bar at the top. Click the small Install icon (a screen with a down arrow).
  3. Click Install.
Can't see the icon?

In Chrome click the three dots ⋮ at the top right, then Cast, save and share, then Install page as app. In Edge click the three dots …, then Apps, then Install REALM Newsletter.

REALM Newsletter then opens in its own window. You'll find it in the Start menu and can pin it to the taskbar.

Mac

MacBook, iMac, Mac mini

In Safari

  1. Click File in the menu bar at the very top of the screen.
  2. Click Add to Dock.
  3. Click Add. REALM Newsletter appears in your Dock.

In Chrome or Edge

  1. Click the small Install icon at the right end of the address bar.
  2. Click Install.

After it's installed

  1. Find the Newsletter icon (the green tile with the cream envelope and orange sun) with your other apps and open it. On a computer it is called REALM Newsletter.
  2. Readers: subscribe once on the home screen, then read every past issue in Archive.
  3. REALM staff: tap Staff sign in and log in once with your usual REALM login. The Newsletter Studio opens straight to your dashboard.

No signal? Pages you've already opened still work, and the app tells you when you're offline. It keeps itself up to date — you never need to install it again.
